Swimming WA Schools Association Meet - Wednesday 17th April 2013

Meet Information:

The Swimming WA Schools Association Meet has been set up to be an integral part of the School Swimming Talent Pathway. This event is one of few that will allow students from different schools and associations the opportunity to swim against one another and compete at a high level.

Students from the ACC, PSA, IGSSA and Government Schools will compete as individuals against each other, but under the banner of their school association. Swimmers will be presented with an association swim cap to wear in the meet.

Another important piece to this event is that it will also go towards selecting the School Sport State Schoolboys and Schoolgirls swim team. WA has not had a team represented at the School Sport Australia National Swimming Champiosnhips for the last few years and this event will form part of the selection process and expose students and swimmers to this opportunity.

The ACC is supporting the meet and encouraging talented swimmers in our schools to submit an entry to compete. All meet entries are to be forwarded to Swimming WA on the nomination form by Wednesday 10th April.

Follow the links to the left to obtain more detailed information about the meet such as the programme of events, conditions of entry, cost, and nominations process.

Entries to Swimming WA close on Wednesday 10th April at 9.30am
