About the Student Ambassador Program
The Student Ambassador program gives students across Australia an opportunity to lead a push for better mental health at their school and in their communities.
Student Ambassadors encourage fellow students, teachers, schools and their local community to get fit, have fun and learn about mental health through participation in The Push-Up Challenge.
About The Push-Up Challenge
The Push-Up Challenge is Australia’s largest mental health and fitness event which encourages participants to get fit, have fun and learn about mental health and it’s free to take part.
