The Push-Up Challenge is on the hunt for passionate Year 11 and 12 students who want to make a difference to their school community by becoming a Student Ambassado for The Push-Up Challenge in 2023.

About the Student Ambassador Program

The Student Ambassador program gives students across Australia an opportunity to lead a push for better mental health at their school and in their communities.

Student Ambassadors encourage fellow students, teachers, schools and their local community to get fit, have fun and learn about mental health through participation in The Push-Up Challenge.

About The Push-Up Challenge

The Push-Up Challenge is Australia’s largest mental health and fitness event which encourages participants to get fit, have fun and learn about mental health and it’s free to take part. Next year’s challenge will be to complete 3,144 push-ups in June whilst shining a light on mental health and reducing the stigma associated with mental illness.

This year’s event engaged over 153,000 participants across Australia, including 17,000 school participants, and had an overwhelmingly positive impact on Studen Ambassadors and their school communities.

Benefits of being a Student Ambassador

The Student Ambassador Program is all about encouraging others to look after their mental health, stay connected, open up conversations and ultimately reduce stigma associated with mental illness through participation in The Push-Up Challenge.
