Nomination Details ISP Soccer

To nominate for the ISP Soccer carnivals, please complete the following online nomination form. If you do not have all the required information, please enter TBA and email the information to the ACC as soon as you are able.

Once your nomination form is submitted you will receive a confirmation email from the ACC. If you do not receive a confirmation within 24 hours of submitting your school's nomination, please email cherie.pirnie@cewa.edu.au

NOTE: Schools are limited to nominating (for the interim) one team ONLY for the indoor event, due to limited court availability.  Should there be the capacity to offer schools to nominate an additional team(s) for this carnival, schools can specify that they would be interested in this opportunity on their nomination form.
