ISP Cricket Carnival

Printer-friendly version

The ISP Cricket Carnival is run in partnership with WA Cricket, and is a modified all abilities version of the game of cricket. Any student with a disability (Years 7 to 12), whether enrolled in an Education Support unit or not, is eligible to attend.

Schools nominating a team(s) are encouraged to bring a maximum of three mainstream students (per team) to participate in the carnival, however this is not a requirement to participate.  Should a school not have enough students to form a team(s), then this information can be provided on the school nomination form, and the ACC will coordinate for these students to form part of another school's team.

Teams are made up of eight (8) to ten (10) players per team.  The day commences with students participating in a rotation of activities, before round robin fixtures, of 'Rapid Fire'. Further information regarding this format is detailed within the event charter.
