Player Nomination Form - Boys

 

Nominations for the 2024 team were due on Friday, 2nd August 2024.  All nominations have received a confirmation email from the ACC, with coaching staff to provide the next communication surrounding the trial process.

 

Please see your school's Head of Sport or Sport Coordinator for more information and to seek their approval of your nomination. 

• Nominations are open to players from Year 9 to Year 12.
• The ACC representative team will play against School Sport WA (SSWA) team, and therefore players will need to be of WABL playing standard
• The cost of nomination is $22.00 and this is payable to your school Head of Sport or Sport Coordinator.
• Once you have the approval of your school's Head of Sport or Sport Coordinator, please complete this online player nomination form.
• Sections marked with an * must be completed. When you have completed the form, print a copy for your records before submitting your nomination.

** PLEASE NOTE : players who were selected in the 2023 ALL STARS TEAM, or who are national or state representatives, are exempt from attending the first trial.  However, these players MUST communicate their intention to be absent from the first trial to the Team Manager ahead of time, and they are to attend the second trial session.**

 

Once your nomination form is submitted, you will receive a confirmation email from the Associated & Catholic Colleges within 48hrs, which will also be sent to your Sports Coordinator.   If you do not receive a confirmation email, please contact cherie.pirnie@cewa.edu.au at the ACC office.

1st trial	Thursday, 22nd August	1:45pm – 3:45pm
2nd trial	Monday, 26th August	1:45pm – 3:45pm
3rd trial	Wednesday, 4th September	1:45pm – 3:45pm

COMPETITION DATE : 22nd October 2024 (Time TBC)
