Player Nomination Form - Girls

PLAYER NOMINATIONS for 2024 will OPEN EARLY IN TERM 3.

Please see your school's Head of Sport or Sport Coordinator for more information and to seek their approval of your nomination. 

• Nominations are open to players from Year 9 to Year 12.
• The ACC representative team will play against IGSSA (Independent Girls' School Sporting Association) and School Sport WA (SSWA) teams, and therefore players will need to be of WABL playing standard
• The cost of nomination is $22.00 and this is payable to your school Head of Sport or Sport Coordinator.
• Once you have the approval of your school's Head of Sport or Sport Coordinator, please complete this online player nomination form.
• Sections marked with an * must be completed. When you have completed the form, print a copy for your records before submitting your nomination.

Once your nomination form is submitted, you will receive a confirmation email from the Associated & Catholic Colleges within 48hrs, which will also be sent to your Sports Coordinator.   If you do not see a confirmation message, please contact cherie.pirnie@cewa.edu.au at the ACC office.
