Trial Match Squad - 2019

The ACC would like to congratulate the following players on being selected in the provisional squad for the ACC representative cricket team. All players will be required to attend an all-day intra-squad trial match on Friday 8th March (Murdoch University Ground). Following the trial match a final team of 12 will be selected to represent the ACC against the combined government schools team at the WACA Ground on the Friday 15th March.

The ACC would like to thank all boys that attended the net trials but did not make the trial match squad.

Players should aim to arrive at the grounds by 8.30am (tbc). Play will commence at approx. 9.00am (tbc) and will be completed by 2.00pm, possibly earlier. Players are to make arrangements ASAP to be absent from school on the 8th March.

Players should wear cricket whites, turf spikes and their school PE shirt to assist with staff identification. Please bring all your own cricket gear/kit. In addition, please bring a pair of rubber soled shoes suitable for play on a synthetic hard wicket. In case of rain and the turf pitch is not playable the match will be moved to a nearby hard wicket.

Lunch will be provided to all players but you are advised to bring along extra snacks and drinks.

If you are unable to attend the match due to injury or some other commitment then you are to make contact with the ACC Coach Mr Chris Quelch ASAP. PH: 0448 211 814 or Team Manager Mr Ross Macauley 0406 921 987

The ACC trial match is considered to be an official school event and you have made a commitment to attend the match. Players that fail to attend the game without providing legitimate reasons will be followed up by the ACC and your school Principal.

Between now and the representative match the ACC selectors reserve the right to add players to the team.
