Officials Information

All officials are to read the important information within the Officials’ Handbook for details regarding arrival times and requirements, and pertaining to the specific role they will be filling on the day.

Carnival Date:

Wednesday 27th May (Primary Schools)

Thursday 28th May (Secondary Schools)

Official nominations DUE DATE : Monday, 11th May 2026

 Officials are to:

• Be fully conversant with the duties/procedures/rules associated with the role they have agreed to fill. (Each official should be thoroughly briefed by their School Sport Coordinator prior to the carnival.) 

• Bring their own
• copy of their role description as provided by their school sport coordinator
• pen
• wet weather clothing, personal sun protection, etc
• snacks, lunch & water
• Course Station Officials should also bring a portable chair  

Carnival Program & Information Booklets [2] will be available for download prior to the day. Printed copies will be provided to officials on the day of the event.
