Inclusive Sports Day

Many inclusive students from twelve ACC schools braved the weather on Friday the 1st of November for the Inclusive Sports Day.

The day was held at John XXIII College for the eighth year.

Sports involved on the day were: Netball WA, Volleyball WA, Little Athletics, Ten Pin Bowl WA, Catch Music, Lacrosse WA, WACA, AFL Integrated, Hockey WA, Ultimate Frisbee, Rowing WA, Basketball WA and Tennis WA.

 

It is wonderful to see many of these state sporting associations attending every sports day and how their sport has supported and grown to include integrated formats and/or competitions for students with disabilities.

Inclusive Sport Days for 2020 are listed below:

• Friday 1st May, Alderbury Reserve, Perry Lakes
• Friday 30th October, John XXIII College, Mt Claremont
