Thank you Mike O'Meara

The Board, staff and member schools wish to pass on our thanks and congratulations to Mike O’Meara for 35 years’ service to the ACC.

Mike has a great knowledge of the ACC schools and will step away from the microphone confident that he has passed on a lot of that knowledge to the next generation of commentators.

What may be less known is that Mike is a former State Champion, competing in the Decathlon, so he brought learned experiences when commentating ACC major events.

We thank Mike for his enormous service to school sports and we look forward to acknowledging him formally later in the year.
