10 Year Award Nomination Form

Nominations for the 10 Year Service Award may be submitted by any member school Principal or Sports Coordinator using the online nomination form below.

Nominations will open Thursday 15 August and close Wednesday 18 September 2024.

Complete a separate nomination form for each nominee if you are nominating more than one person.
