ACC swimming U14 and U19 program heat lists released

The program heat lists for the U14 and U19 Swimming Age Championship meets whave been released to schools today. Students should check with their Sport Teachers if they made the cut. Other age groups will be releases 1 week before the meet date.

To make a heat list, competitors needed to register a qualifying time and then be within the top 30 or 50 times to make the heat.

100m Freestyle - 3 heats up to 30 competitors

50m Freestyle/Breaststroke and Backstroke - 5 heats up to 50 competitors

50m Butterfly - 3 heats up to 30 competitors

4 x 50m Mixed Freestyle Relay - 1 heat - 10 teams only

If less competitors submitted qualifying times for an event then there would be less heats. 

Only students selected in a heat can attend the carnival.

Heats will be finalised 3 days before each meet and may change depending on individual withdrawals.
