Today was the Inaugural ACC and WAAAFA No Limits Football Carnival at Pat Goodridge reserve in the beautiful Winter Sunshine. 80 ACC Inclusive students started the day with a morning dance off, before participating in a skills and drills clinic run by the Stephen Michael Foundation and the West Coast Eagles SEDA Group. The competition saw 6 teams compete in a round robin competition of modified AFL 9s with the top 2 teams contesting a final at the end of the day. John Septimes Roe ACS and Sacred Heart College played out a thrilling final. JSR got out to an early lead, however a strong finish from Sacred Heart pulled it back to a single goal. JSR managed to see out the last few seconds and were crowned the inaugural champions!

It was a fantastic day and we already can’t wait for the event next year. A big thank you to the WA All Abilities Football Association, SEDA Group and the Stephen Michael Foundation for making today possible.
