
Timing Bib Order
All schools participating in the Cross Country carnival are to complete the timing bib order by the 15 May 2025.
The maximum number of students competing at the carnival is 64 for a co-educational school and 32 for a single gender school. This equates to 6 runners per event for U13, U14, U15, U16 and 8 runners per event for U19.
It is recommended that schools with a full cross country team (as per above) refrain from ordering too many bibs. As schools are now able to substitute competitors within their team nomination form, an extra 5-10 bibs should be more than enough to cover any last minute additions.
Extra bibs will need to be ordered for students competing as Multi Class or Inclusive athletes. These athletes are not counted in your number of competitors per event; they are additional.
Schools that fail to submit a bib order by the due date will be allocated a bib quantity by the ACC based on their 2024 cross country order.
Student Supervisor contact details
Schools must provide the contact details for staff members acting as student supervisor/s. The ACC requires this information in case of an emergency on the day.
Schools may nominate more than one staff member for this role.
