Year 7 Super Series Nomination Form

To nominate a team in the ACC Year 7 Super Series please complete and submit the following on-line nomination form. 

Once the form is submitted you should receive a confirmation; if you do not then please contact the ACC office to verify that your nomination was received. The ACC office will contact all schools that nominate closer to the event with further details regarding the fixtures and allocation of venues.
