The ACC selects a representative cricket team each year to play a match against the Combined Government Schools team. The match is organised through the partnership between WA Cricket, School Sport WA and the ACC.

This is a great cricket opportunity, and all schools are encouraged to nominate quality players for this highly regarded match. Players must be of a representative standard and capable of playing at a highly competitive U18 level. Nominating players must be in Years 9 to 12 in the year of the competition. All players selected receive an ACC cricket cap and an All Star pin from the association.

Net selection trials are usually held early in Term 1, with a trial squad chosen for a centre wicket trial in late February/early March.  The final team is then named for the representative match, usually played in March.
