Year 10 Carnivals

In 2018, there were 10 separate Year 10 AFL carnivals and an interschool sports competition;

• South Metro Carnivals:  All Saints' College (Girls), Burrendah Reserve (Boys) & Ferndale Reserve (Boys)
• North Metro Carnivals:  Dianella Open Space (Girls), Yokine Open Space (Boys) & Lightning Park (Boys)
• South West Carnivals - Hay Park, Bunbury (Boys & Girls)
• Northern Associated Schools (NAS) - Year 10 Boys Football

Girls

This year the year 10 girls team nominations more than doubled.  With the growing momentum in women's AFL, these numbers should continue to increase with each year.  The ACC held it's first Grand Final carnival for the year 10 girls on Wednesday 8 August at Inglewood Oval. The qualifying schools were Mandurah Catholic College, Mater Dei College and Mercedes College.  The champion school for 2018 was Mater Dei College.

Boys

The winners of each boys' carnival played in an ACC Grand Final Carnival held on Wednesday 8 August at Hamer Park/Inglewood Oval.  Well done to Chisholm College, Emmanuel Catholic College, Bunbury Catholic College, Swan Christian College, Mazenod College and La Salle College for progressing to this competition.  Congratulations to the 2018 School Boy's Cup champion school - Emmanuel Catholic College.
