The boys and girls ACC All Stars Basketball teams played against the Independent Girls School Sport Association/School Sport WA (Girls) and School Sport WA (Boys) on Sunday 22 October 2023 at Bendat Stadium.
All games were an exceptionally high standard with each participating team displaying incredible talent and ability. The ACC was pleased to see the fantastic sportsmanship and honour in our selected players this year. The ACC schools they represented should be proud.
The ACC Girls Team played with focus and determination in a closely fought contest in both games against SSWA and IGSSA. The Girls were victorious in both of their games and were able to take home the All Stars trophy. Congratulations to all the girls and coaching staff on their success.
The All Stars boys game was so close it came down to the final minutes, where SSWA pulled ahead and ended in winning the match. The boys’ effort and perseverance throughout the game should be commended.
Thank you to the coaches and managers for the selection, coaching and management of the ACC teams. The level of commitment and organisation was outstanding and made for a highly successful All Stars competition.
