The ACC cross country carnival will be filmed by Two Monkeys and live streamed to YouTube on a private channel. The video production will cover all events and presentations. 

Any student that does not give consent to be video recorded and/or have their results published by the ACC needs to complete this form by 27 May so details can be provided to the production company, and the results team, before the carnival. 

Students that are not for results publication will be listed in the results as "Anonymous Competitor".

Competitor Additions Form

If there has been a late enrolment at a school, the following form can be completed so the ACC has the most up to date school student list. 

The ACC and My Swim Results will receive the notification once an addition has been submitted.

Not for photography filming

All ACC athletics carnivals will be filmed by Two Monkeys and live streamed to the Streamer platform on a private channel. The production will cover track events and presentations. 

Any student that does not give consent to be video recorded or photographed by the ACC needs to complete this form by Friday 23 August and details will be provided to the production company. 

Multi Class / Inclusive nominations

Students that have a disability and HAVE BEEN classified are able to compete at their own schools divisional carnival.  The ACC also allows those that are yet to submit an application for classificaiton to compete, and they will be recorded as INCLUSIVE athletes, at the ACC divisional athletics carnivals.

** All nominations are completed per an aged group competitor, therefore this form is no longer required to be completed for multi class or inclusive athletes. **
