The ACC will be using images of participating players for social media and general publications.
School sport staff are required to complete the following form by Monday 22 July if they have a student that does not give consent to be photographed.
If there is more than one student, please complete a second form.
Not for Publication
The ACC cross country carnival will be filmed by Two Monkeys and live streamed to YouTube on a private channel. The video production will cover all events and presentations.
Any student that does not give consent to be video recorded and/or have their results published by the ACC needs to complete this form by 27 May so details can be provided to the production company, and the results team, before the carnival.
Students that are not for results publication will be listed in the results as "Anonymous Competitor".
Competitor Additions Form
If there has been a late enrolment at a school, the following form can be completed so the ACC has the most up to date school student list.
The ACC and My Swim Results will receive the notification once an addition has been submitted.

All ACC swimming carnivals will be filmed by 4stylemedia and live streamed to YouTube on a private channel. Results will be published on the internet. The video production will cover all events and presentations.
Any student that does not give consent to be video recorded and/or have their results published by the ACC needs to complete this form by 8 March so details can be provided to the production company, and the results team, before the carnival series begin.
Not for photography filming
All ACC athletics carnivals will be filmed by Two Monkeys and live streamed to the Streamer platform on a private channel. The production will cover track events and presentations.
Any student that does not give consent to be video recorded or photographed by the ACC needs to complete this form by Friday 23 August and details will be provided to the production company.
Multi Class / Inclusive nominations
Students that have a disability and HAVE BEEN classified are able to compete at their own schools divisional carnival. The ACC also allows those that are yet to submit an application for classificaiton to compete, and they will be recorded as INCLUSIVE athletes, at the ACC divisional athletics carnivals.
** All nominations are completed per an aged group competitor, therefore this form is no longer required to be completed for multi class or inclusive athletes. **
Bus Numbers (All Divisions)
All schools that are competing in the swimming carnivals should complete this bus numbers form for HBF Stadium parking. The traffic managers at Venues West need to know in advance the number and type of buses that each school will have at the venue. This includes both spectator and competitor buses. Venues West also needs to know if the buses will be leaving after drop off or staying for the carnival duration.
Athletics Marquee Orders
Schools can order an optional team marquee for the athletics carnivals. ACC preference is to have all teams seated in the grandstand if space allows.
Marquees can be ordered in two sizes:
3m x 3m: $320 - supplied and set up by "Spuds Marquee Hire", heavy duty/structured marquee, located near 200m bend/start of 100m straight. Venues West will not erect the smaller marquees in strong winds.
