The 2018 ACC Divisional Swim Carnivals were the platform for the inaugural NO LIMITS Multi-Class Swimming events.

Classified swimmers from ACC schools participated in 50m Freestyle and 50m Breastroke events.

7 athletes took part over the 9 swim carnivals held at HBF Stadium, with some outstanding results from their performances.

These events were fantastic and a wonderful addition to our ACC Interschool Swim Programs. We look forward to welcoming many more ACC classified swimmers to these carnivals as part of their school swim team.

The point scoring system for the ACC No Limits multi class swimming (MCS) results uses the MCPS LC Calculator on the Swimming Australia website.

Long course: https://www.swimming.org.au/Home/Swimmer-HQ/A-Sport-For-Everyone/Multi-class-swimming/Multi-Class-Point-Score/MCPS-Calculator-(Long-Course).aspx

The point scoring system is calculated against the World Best time as at October (being 1000 points). Percentile ranking is calculated by getting the point score dividing it by 1000 and then multiplying by 100. A point score of over 300 is recommended for competitive high level MC swimming.

The winner of each ACC No Limits MSC event will be the swimmer with the highest point score based on the MCPS LC calculator. If there is only one student in a particular age group/gender/classification event, then that swimmer will be declared the winner of the event.
